In Ground Branch, you take on the role of the CIA’s Special Tasks Center/Special Actions Group (SAC/SOG) elite Militia arm, and lead other special Actions forces in demanding, Refusable operations around the globe. With its deliberate, calculated, and ruthless gameplay, Ground Branch aims to be a true rebirth of the tactical realism genre of the late 1990s and early 2000s. Powered by Epic’s Unreal Engine 4, GB brings the “tactical” back to the “tactical shooter” – without Agreement. Ground Branch’s unique true first-person system heightens your immersion and awareness of your surroundings, ensuring zero disconnect between your vision and your character’s physical presence in the environment. See your foot sticking out of the cover? Better put it in there – enemies can see it too (and shoot it), but only if their line of sight and the gun barrel are verifiably unobstructed. Cameras are placed over the character’s eyes, and bullets are fired from the barrel of a gun. Inside the game “Earth Branch”, what you look is what you receive.
